How long does an order take to dispatch?<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We quote 15-20 working days for an order to be dispatch. If you provide an e-mail address, we will let you know when the order is dispatched and if your order is dispatched with a courier, you will receive an email from the courier too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Q. What should I do if I would like to return an item for a refund?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 10 days after receiving the goods, provided that the goods are not damaged&nbsp;and we will refund the product price. This refund will not include what you paid to return them to us. Unfortunately we do not refund return postage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we have received your return it can take up to 72 hours before we process your requested refund or exchange. Please allow this time before contacting us about a return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Q. What if I would like an exchange instead of a refund?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements. This can be a different size of the same product, or a different product altogether. Our returns team will do our best to find what you want, but if they are unavailable we will refund you and let you know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Q.
